Moving Image Workshop.

Things to remember.

Always know your paper size

if your working on screen work to PAL standard (720 x 576 pixels) (25 fps)

Stills to videos

Check size of image, still images are often to large. you can change the size of each individual photo by using image size in photoshop.

and image must be RGB!

To change a group of images at the same time select - window, actions
in actions you can record a process then apply to other images with the click of a button
create new action and rename (e.g. resize for pal) then change any alterations which you would want on all your images.  save and close

once done, we can then use the action on a folder of images.

Select file menu, find automate, select the wanted first image in the collection of images in your folder, find the action 'resize' or whatever action you would like to use.
You need to ensure all your images are numbered sequentially so they're in the right order through the animation. If the images are numbered correctly and you have 100 images then you have to have the same amount of digits in each number so the first image would have to have 001, 002, 003 etc..

open quick time player 7 and select file / open image sequence / select the first image and because there numbered accordingly all the file in number order will open aswell.

make sure you export and don't save
