Design for Print (Development 1)

This is my first design concept for the layout and the plan for what i am wanting to try to achieve when it comes down to this layout of the final design, this is so that i can plan where i am wanting to place each of the ten things that i think are important to the design for print. 

I will change the way that the end product looks, but i have to go through the design process so that i can achieve this.
